Proposed Development At Coventry Stadium - 19 November 2003
Rugby Borough Council has again written to people in the village to advise them of revised plans submitted by
Coventry Racing Club Limited. Templegate Midlands Ltd on behalf of the club is applying for planning permission for
erection of a fence. The application reference number is R03/0820/06592/P.
Interested parties have just 10 days from 19 November 2003 to comment on the application. Letters should be sent to
John Ware, Head of Planning Services, Rugby Borough Council, PO Box 123, Town Hall, Rugby, CV21 2ZP. Letters,
which will be available for public inspection, should relate to planning issues. Mr Ware advises that other
factors such as property values will not influence the decision.

Rugby Borough Council has approved plans submitted by Coventry Racing Club Limited for erection of a two
storey brick building to form offices and veterinary treatment rooms. The block of greyhound kennels has not yet been
approved and Binley Woods On-line understands that further drawings for this element of the development may be
submitted.
Further Work On Our Water Supply - 27 October 2003
Further to the recent report, Seven Trent Water will again be working on the water supply to Binley Woods until 7
November. This time, the work will take place between 1000hrs and 1700 hrs. As before, loss of pressure and
discolouration may occur. The Operational Customer Contact Centre number - 0800 783 4444 - is available for people
with concerns during the work.

erection of a two storey brick building to form offices and veterinary treatment rooms, and a block of 110
greyhound kennels. The application reference number is R03/0684/06592/P.

Work On Our Water Supply - 29 September 2003
Seven Trent Water will be undertaking further work to bring into use the newly installed mains from now until
10 October. The work will take place between 1000hrs and 1600 hrs. Some loss of pressure may occur and possibly
some water discolouration, which they advise can usually be cleared by running a tap for a short while. They have
issued an Operational Customer Contact Centre number - 0800 783 4444 - for people with concerns during the work.
